However that would be awkward since I mostly only apply to frictional when I apply for jobs :P (see, that's my personality and for what it's worth I am pretty sure you know who I am ^^).

Anyhow, I feel that this is great information for anyone applying for jobs, and for anyone asking me in the future (or in the past (!) for that matter, *pause for gasps*, how to apply for jobs this is where I'll send them.Qrikkohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16360852900551764670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9193968969153274146.post-10279410786753676222019-05-14T19:20:49.134+02:002019-05-14T19:20:49.134+02:00This comment has been removed by the author.Qrikkohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16360852900551764670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9193968969153274146.post-18990124524959844032019-02-19T22:40:34.773+01:002019-02-19T22:40:34.773+01:00Happy to hear that! But after thinking about it I thought might as well change it to something neutral while still keeping a humourous tone.

I also write our job postings and have done research on how to make them inclusive, but constructive comments will always be welcome. Some of our colleagues also have diversity statements on their sites, so that's something I'm looking to write up whenever we get our new site. Always room to be better!kira katvehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03424348789704201567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9193968969153274146.post-2624826547767328662019-02-17T12:16:06.067+01:002019-02-17T12:16:06.067+01:00So, first of, thank you for being inclusive and tr...So, first of, thank you for being inclusive and trying to put the pressure off of a marginalized group by mentioning:
"Feel like you don’t quite fit the criteria? Do not despair. Especially women tend to not apply for jobs they don’t feel 100% qualified for. Think about your best qualities. Think about the hobby projects that you’ve done. Those count too."

But secondly, gender-neutral language in posts does make it easier to attract them.
"Sometimes the recruitment team is just one guy."

Thanks for writing this post though, great things to consider, and with a simple "people" it'l be even more inclusive!

<3Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9193968969153274146.post-57470250467157900412019-02-14T10:48:02.754+01:002019-02-14T10:48:02.754+01:00Love the illustrations, perfection :DLove the illustrations, perfection :Da bag of milky wayshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09259473291484856915noreply@blogger.com
